2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 225 of 2024 lodged on 06.07.2024 under Section 8(c), 20(b), ii (B) of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's bail application was earlier rejected vide order dated 01.10.2024, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 67929 of 2024, with liberty to renew the prayer for bail after the framing of charges. Learned counsel further submits that the charges have already been framed, as contained in Annexure-3 to the bail petition, and that the recovered contraband is less than the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.90216 of 2024(2) dt.22-01-2025 2/2 commercial quantity.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

5. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on being satisfied by the Trial Court that the petitioner is not absconding in Nokha P.S. Case No. 141 of 1997, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (NDPS) -cum-1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Aurangabad, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 225 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
