JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case no. 621 of 2019, registered under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of enticing away of the minor sister of the informant by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the statement of victim was recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. on 03.07.2019 in which she has, clearly, stated about moving with the petitioner from school according to her sweet will and she has not made any complaint about ill behaviour of the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

No.81440 of 2019(3) dt.17-06-2020 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 621 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
