The petitioner is accused in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 525 of 2019, registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, and 26 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of recovery of one country made loaded pistol and one alive cartridge from possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is accused in one another case, but in that case, he is on bail as detailed in para 3 of the petition and he is in custody since 26.08.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of

No.81303 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-XIV, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Garkha P.S.
