JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 17-07-2018 Considering the fact that looking to the quantity of liquor seized, this Court has directed for release of the vehicle on furnishing of bank guarantee and this being consistent order passed by this Court, we see no reason to make any modification except for clarifying that valuation of the vehicle shall be in conformity with the valuation shown in the insurance document.
