2. This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of Jadopur Police Station Case No. 01 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was called and thereafter killed by the accused persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the the petitioner is in jail since 03.01.2021. It is further submitted that similarly situated other two accused persons have been exonerated by the police and two more similarly situated accused persons, i.e., two females have been granted bail.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-Vth, Gopalganj, in connection with Jadopur Police Station Case No. 01 of 2021.
