2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 287 of 2025 arising out of Maner P.S. Case No. 752 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 74, 75, 352 of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 8/12 of the POCSO Act.

3. The case of the prosecution in short is that the petitioner is a medical store owner, and it is alleged that while the informant has gone to purchase some medicines, he has teased her. When she raised the alarm, she was being left by the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned

No.87357 of 2025(2) dt.05-01-2026 2/2 counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner and the informant are of same locality and they have compromised the case and a compromise petition has been filed in the learned trial court in this regard. He further submits that a statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is languishing in judicial custody since 10.10.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the informant is present and he has also supported that this case has been compromised.

6. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

7. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-VIIcum-Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO Act, Patna in connection with Special POCOS Case No. 287 of 2025 arising out of Maner P.S. Case No. 752 of 2025.
