2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 307, 302 and 120 ( B ) of IPC .

3 . As per F.I.R. 5 named accused persons including this petitioner and 5 to 6 unknown persons assaulted son of informant by means of iron rod due to which he sustained injuries and died during course of treatment.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as F.I.R 5 named and 5 to 6 unknown persons assaulted the son of informant, however, in the Postmortem, only one injury was found on the body of the deceased. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 16.07.2025 .

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, materials available on record, period of custody , clean antecedent of this petitioner and other circumstances of the case , the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge - 1st Hilsa (Nalanda) in connection with Parwalpur P .
