2. This is the second attempt for bail of the petitioner as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 09.04.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 3824 of 2024.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 365 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the POCSO Act.

4. It has fairly been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the trial has started and witnesses are being examined.

5. Considering the fact that the trial has started and witnesses are being examined and also considering the law laid
