By this writ application, the petitioner seeks a direction to the District Superintendent of Education, Jamui to consider his case for fixation of the pay-scale and further to take steps for payment of differences of salary since his case is squarely covered with the case of Shivakant Jha Vs. the State of

Patna High Court CWJC No.2 of 2024 dt.01-03-2024 2/2 Bihar (CWJC No.8333 of 1999) as well as the order passed in the case of Suresh Prasad Choudhary (CWJC No.5980 of 2011).

3. As per the prayer of the petitioner, his case is squarely covered by the judgment aforesaid. In that view of the matter, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the District Superintendent of Education, Jamui (respondent no.6) along with a copy of the aforesaid orders and other documents in support of his claim within four weeks and the District Superintendent of Education, Jamui shall consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same by a speaking and reasoned order within four weeks thereafter.

4. The District Superintendent of Education, Jamui shall be solely responsible for non-compliance of this order.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
