The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mehdiganj P.S. Case No.39 of 2018 registered under Sections 457, 380, 354 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the inordinate and unexplained delay of six days in the institution of the FIR, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patnacity in connection with Mehdiganj P.S. Case No.39of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under
