2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 303(2), 109, 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. The allegation in the First Information Report is that the petitioners along with other co-accused persons have assaulted the informant and her family members.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the specific allegation is against co-accused, Rahul Kumar and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3109 of 2026(2) dt.28-01-2026 2/3 Mukesh Yadav and so far as these petitioners are concerned, the allegations are totally general and omnibus in the nature of hurling abuses and assaulting the informant. Additionally, it has been submitted that the present case is counter blast of earlier Rajauli P.S. Case No.40 of 2024 instituted by the son of the petitioner no.1 against the informant and her family members. Learned counsel has submitted that the injury suffered by the informant's husband is grievous in nature, however it has been submitted that the same has not been attributed to these petitioners .
5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail on the basis of allegations made in the First Information Report.
6. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances and considering the general and omnibus nature of allegations, coupled with the fact that specific allegation of assault rests on co-accused persons, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below
