2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Town Thana P.S. Case No. 305 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 384, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegedly, while the informant was buying chocolates near a Betel Shop, the petitioner along with others called the informant and started abusing and assaulting him. It is also alleged that Rs, 72,000/- was taken away from the pocket of the informant and threatening of dire consequences was also given.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. As per allegation, on earlier occasion also, though the petitioner was made accused in a case but that was not of similar nature and in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1999 of 2025(2) dt.12-02-2025 2/2 that case, the petitioner is on bail. He has further submitted that the parties have amicably resolved their disputes. During course of argument, a xerox copy of the compromise petition has been produced by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Town Thana P.S. Case No. 305 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
