2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 87, 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 02.03.2025 at about 08.00 P.M., wife of informant went out from the house, but she did not return after long time. During search, he came to know that this petitioner and co-accused Kiran Devi induced his wife to run away and when he inquired with them, they threatened informant. The victim, in her statement recorded

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86946 of 2025(5) dt.07-07-2026 2/2 under Section 183 B.N.S.S., has supported the prosecution case and has made specific allegation against petitioner that he called her, solemnized marriage with her and also made physical relation with her.
