The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 192 of 2019 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 341/323/337/308/379/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there was a petty dispute between the parties and on the basis of the said dispute though the informant became aggressor and started abusing and assaulting the petitioners, the present case has been lodged against them. It is further submitted that during the course of investigation, it has come that nobody has received any injury and that no medical aid was sought for by anyone from any quarter.

No.80840 of 2019(2) dt.10-12-2019 2/2 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the alleged occurrence seems to have taken place on the basis of some past dispute, let the petitioners 1 and 2, above named, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, III, Gaya, in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 192/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
