2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sahodara P.S Case No. 80 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 103(1), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. The prosecution story is that the informant received a panic call from his daughter, saying that her husband and inlaws would kill her. It is further alleged that when the informant and others went to the house of his daughter, he found her daughter to be dead and there was a strangulation mark on her

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are Father-in-law, Brother-in-law and Mother-in-law respectively of the deceased and they have falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioners has further submitted that the husband of the deceased, namely, Sheo Yadav is in custody. He has further stated that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. It is lastly submitted that the petitioners have clean criminal antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners by stating that the petitioners along with the husband of the deceased were instrumental in torturing the deceased and have killed by strangulating her.
6. Considering the submissions on behalf of the parties and taking into account the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and also taking into account the fact that the husband of the deceased is in custody, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89745 of 2024(3) dt.18-04-2025 3/3 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court concerned, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Sahodara P.S Case No. 80 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharitya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (B.N.S.S.).
7. Accordingly, the present application stands allowed.
