JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State through Video Conferencing. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 128 of 2019, registered under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing of Punam Devi, daughter of informant, Rambilash Paswan, by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and concealing her dead body.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both petitioners are brother-in-law (Bhaisur) and sister-in-law (Gotni) of the deceased and both are residing separate to Ghatghat Ram,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81523 of 2019(3) dt.18-06-2020 2/2 husband of the deceased but with ulterior motive, petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that, Ghatghat Ram, husband of the deceased, is in custody.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 128 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
