2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a complaint case punishable for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 406, 420, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The complainant has alleged that petitioner was running a private bank namely 'Dhananya Nidhi Ltd.' where complainant was an agent on commission basis and on persuasion of accused persons, including this petitioner, the complainant deposited an amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- of various customers in the bank, but the payment of the account-holders was not made despite assurance given by the petitioner and thus, petitioner embezzled aforesaid money.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, by way of filing supplementary affidavit, submits that father of the petitioner, who is also accused in the present case, has already deposited Rs. 1,50,000/- in the Nazarat of the Civil Court, Bettiah. In support of the same, he has annexed receipts showing deposit of money, as Annexure P/A to the supplementary affidavit.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Bagaha, District West Champaran in connection with Complaint Case No. 709-C of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
