The petitioner has been in custody since 26.10.2019 in connection with Amarpur (Fulli Dumar) P.S. Case No. 135 / 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that so far as the present petitioner is concerned, she is the sister-in-law (Gotni) of the deceased lady and has no role in the affairs of the family and that she is also similarly placed daughter-in-law. It is further submitted that except suspicion, there is no other material against the present petitioner.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on
