2. The petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondent, Chief Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Hajipur, Vaishali, to dispose of a representation which she has filed for removal of encroachment from a land which she uses for her egress and ingress.

3. The petitioner had earlier also approached this Court by filing a writ application which was dismissed by an order dated 26.09.2019 passed in CWJC No. 4899 of 2016. She was, however, given liberty to approach appropriate authorities for redressal of her grievances.

4. If according to the petitioner, her grievance has yet not been resolved, she will be at liberty to approach appropriate authority under Bihar Public Grievance Redressal Act.

5. Further, from the representation dated 31.10.2019 which she had filed before the Chief Executive Officer of Nagar Parishad, Vaishali, it transpires that according to her, the land over which she has title, is being attempted to be grabbed by private persons. Dispute of such nature, cannot be gone into in a proceeding under Article 226 of the Constitution of Inida.

5. This writ application is disposed of, with aforesaid observation.
