Learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to the extent that petitioner has retired in the year 1997 but DDA, Group insurance and difference of salary have not been paid to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the University submits that the petitioner may be directed to file a representation before the Registrar of the University along with his claims which will be considered by the Registrar in accordance with law.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16 of 2020(6) dt.20-02-2023 2/2 In view of the aforesaid submissions, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the Registrar, Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga within a period of four weeks and if such representation is filed, the Registrar, shall dispose the same in accordance with law by a speaking and reasoned order.

It is made clear that if any amount is found payable to the petitioner towards DDA, Group insurance and difference of salary along with interest the same shall be paid by the University within a period of one month from the date of disposal of the representation.
