JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-11-2018 Heard Mr. Satish Chandra Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner. He submits that from perusal of the show cause it appears that order for substantial payment has been made. From perusal of the show-cause it appears that opposite parties have issued order for payment of salary. However, he is not in a position to make any positive statement that payment has actually reached the petitioner or not. In case payment has not been made to the petitioner, opposite parties are required to ensure payment of the same within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
