JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 01-08-2018 Inter alia contending that there is encroachment by private respondent nos.5 and 6 on a Government land bearing Khata No. 364, Survey Plot No.2603 (7 decimals), 2632 (2 decimals), 2633 (5 decimals) and 2634 (14 decimals), this application has been filed in public interest under Article 226 of the Constitution.
If there is encroachment by the private respondents, petitioner is directed to file a detailed complaint along with a
Patna High Court CWJC No.14812 of 2018 (2) dt.01-08-2018 2/2 certified copy of this order before respondent no.4, who shall register the same as an encroachment case under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act and after notice to all concerned, following the due process of law and hearing all the persons to be affected, shall proceed to decide the encroachment case in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months. With the aforesaid, this application stands disposed of.
