JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 22-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The application for bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 29.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68523 of 2018. While rejecting the prayer for bail this Court directed the trial Court to conclude the trial within nine months. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial is inconclusive.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, as stated in para 3 of this application and that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than one and a half years, the Court is inclined to grant bail to petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the
