The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No.111/2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Both parties are present in person. They agreed that there is a chance of settlement between them and because of some misunderstanding, the case has been filed by O.P. No.2. They also submitted that all endeavour will be made to resume matrimonial life. The petitioner informed this Court that he is staying in Patna at his parental house since the lock down and earning his livelihood.

No.81718 of 2019(5) dt.16-11-2021 2/2 In these circumstances, the petitioner is granted provisional anticipatory bail for three months, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Judge-VIII cum A.C.J.M., Patna in connection with Parsa Bazar P. S. Case No. 111/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The petitioner undertakes to take Opposite Party No.2 from his house by 29.11.2021. Before coming any finding about any misbehaviour on the part of the petitioner, the Court below shall satisfy itself by making proper enquiry. After three months, the Court below will decide to confirm the provisional anticipatory bail of the petitioner. It shall be open for the court below to cancel the bail bonds if the petitioner misbehaves with O.P. No.2.
