JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 2/ 05-09-2018 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 09.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.1622 of 2017 by which petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No.185 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Nawada, with certain conditions.

From the order dated 30.05.2018 passed by the Court below, it appears that bail bond of the petitioner has been cancelled in terms of the aforesaid order.

In view of such, this Court does not find any ground to modify the order dated 09.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.1622 of 2017.

This Modification Application is, accordingly,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48921 of 2018 (2) dt.05-09-2018 2/2 dismissed.

The petitioner, if so advised, may seek appropriate remedy under the provision of Section 482 Cr. P. C. (Sanjay Priya, J) JA/- U T
