The petitioner in the present writ application has prayed for grant of following relief(s):- "That the present writ petition is being filed on behalf of the petitioner for issuance of a writ in the nature of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to pay the salary of July 2024 to February 2025 @ Rs. 1,27,080/- totaling to Rs. 10,16,640/- which was withhold due to his suspension and subsequently grant the

Amount, Leave Encashment Amount and any other legal entitlement prescribed under the law to the petitioner with statutory interest and/or to decide the representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with law with the speaking and reasoned order and any other relief/reliefs in the facts and circumstances of the case for which the petitioner entitle too."

3. With the consent of the parties, this writ application is being disposed of.

After advancing some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for seeking the aforesaid relief, the petitioner has filed several representations, latest being 06.10.2025 (Annexure-P/14) addressed to the Registrar of the respondent-University, which as per the petitioner continues to be pending.

5. He therefore, submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if an appropriate direction would be issued to the Registrar of the respondent-University to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner within a fixed time frame after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

6. With the aforesaid submission made by learned

7. Considering the limited nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the Registrar of the respondentUniversity to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner dated 06.10.2025 (Annexure- P/14) within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

8. We simply emphasize that the final order which has been passed by the Registrar of the respondent-University should be a reasoned and speaking order.

9. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
