The present writ application relates to allotment of Indira Awas. Though it is claimed by the petitioner that it has been allotted in favour of the petitioner, but the fund which has been allocated in lieu of such allotment, has wrongly been paid to Respondent No.9.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a

Patna High Court CWJC No.14335 of 2018(2) dt.24-08-2018 2/2 liberty to file appropriate complaint for redressal of her grievance before the competent authority under the provisions of the Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ application is disposed as withdrawn with liberty aforementioned.
