The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard the parties.

Following relief has been sought for in paragraph 1 of the present application:

"1. That this writ application is directed for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the responsible respondents for a direction to pay

Patna High Court CWJC No.24607 of 2019(3) dt.22-06-2020 2/2 the post retirement benefits to the petitioner like Gratuity, Full Pension and arrear of Pension with effect from 31.1.2019 to uptil now, Leave Encashment, amount of General Insurance with interest."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that part of the grievences as sought for in the writ application, has already been redressed by the respondents.

The petitioner is granted liberty to file a representation before the competent authority for the remaining grievance, if any.

In case, any such representation is filed before the concerned authority, the concerned authority shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of filing/making of such representation. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
