Mrs. Rina Sinha ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-04-2025 Heard the learned senior counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with G.R.P. Jehanabad (Taregana) P.S. Case No. 24 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of getting her father-in-law killed.

4. Mr. Ramakant Sharma, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a lady and her involvement has come on the statement of co-accused Prince Kumar and Shyam Kishore Sharma but she is not involved in the crime. He further submits that co-accused Shyam Kishore

5. Learned A.P.P. For the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. I have considered the the submissions of the parties.

7. The petitioner has got her father-in-law killed because he was a drunkard and he was selling the land. Materials have come in the case diary in support of the allegation levelled against the petitioner.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed.

9. The findings of this order shall not prejudice the petitioner in her trial.
