2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Lakho P.S. Case No. 140 of 2024 registered for offences under Sections 190, 191(2), 109(1), 132, 115(2), 118(2), 121(2), 324(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and others are involved in the manufacturing and selling illicit liquor from their house.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are quite innocent and have not committed any

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned concerned court below in connection with Lakho P.S. Case No. 140 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS and with further condition that the petitioner will mark his attendance at the Lakho Police Station on every 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
