2. The petitioners apprehends their arrest in connection with Andhrathari P.S. Case No. 81 of 1995 registered for the offence under Sections 498A, 302, 201, 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioners along with other accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant's sister due to non-fulfillment of demand of one cow and buffalo.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and they have falsely

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegations levelled against the petitioners, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur (Madhubani) / concerned Court below in connection with Andhrathari P.S. Case No. 81 of 1995, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / Section 482 of the BNSS.
