This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Ghorasahan (Lakhaura) P.S. Case No. 154 of 2018 for offences under Sections 341, 323, 354B, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Accusation is that this petitioner caught hold the if while returning back to her home in the evening passing through an orchard due to bad intention outraged her modesty and on resistance being shown by the lady she was assaulted causing injury on her lips.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner is co-villager and for accusation there is no attempt
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47280 of 2018(2) dt.02-08-2018 2/2 made on her life and the accusation of outraging modesty the false case has been registered as the petitioner had advanced some loan to the informant's husband and they did not return it back, with this oblique motive this case was instituted and the petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ghorasahan (Lakhaura) P.S. Case No. 154 of 2018 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana, East Champaran.
