It is thus submitted that the order dated 19.03.2018 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 10398 of 2017 has been complied with in its true letters and spirit. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the opposite parties, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court dated 19.03.2018 passed in C.W.J.C.
