The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No.232 of 2019 registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
The accusation is that in course of patrolling duty, the informant along with other police personnel reached near the house of Bindu Devi and started to search her house and in course of search of her house, 60 liters country made liquor was recovered from there. On seeing the police party, Bindu Devi and her son Kishan Kumar (petitioner) succeeded to flee away. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not apprehended from
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81932 of 2019(2) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 his house and is in custody since 10.11.2019. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-Begusarai-cumSpecial Judge, Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, Begusarai, in connection with Bakhri P.S.
