Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,411,467,468 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act. Though the petitioner is not named in the FIR, however, allegation is that liquor was recovered from the motorcycle of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 26.11.2019. Considering the fact that there is no substantial material for denial of bail, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83238 of 2019(2) dt.07-01-2020 2/2 connection with Khudwan Police Station Case No.39 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
