JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 152 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code, including Section 7 of E.C. Act. As per FIR there was recovery of some stolen articles from co-accused, who disclosed the name of the petitioner stating that he assisted him in the crime.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement of co-accused there is nothing against him and he has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84865 of 2019(2) dt.20-12-2019 2/2 surrender and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered on the basis of materials available on the record and, if possible, to be disposed of on the same day.
