2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Basmatiya P.S. Case No. 45/ 2024 dated 21.10.2024 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 8(c), 21(b), 22 and 23 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution's case, the informant on secret information intercepted the petitioner, who was going on a motor cycle, and recovered 20 grams of Brown Sugar from his possession.

4. Heard both the sides and perused the FIR.

No.2785 of 2025(2) dt.15-02-2025 2/2 petitioner's the pleas that the seized contraband comes under the purview of intermediate quantity and also coupled with the fair and clean antecedent of the petitioner and completion of investigation against him, this court is inclined to grant the relief of regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail in connection with Basmatiya P.S. Case No. 45/ 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-( Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned. (Shailendra Singh, J) BKS/- U T
