JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-08-2018 The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 11.05.2018 , as stated in paragraph-14 of the petition, has prayed for grant of bail in connection with K.Hat( Sahayak ) P.S. Case No.318 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 457, 380, 411, 401, 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code. I have perused the material on record.

Sri Shyameshwar Dayal, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has opposed the prayer for bail.

However, considering the nature of accusation as well as period of custody, let the petitioner, namely, Debashish Rahul Kumar Sah @ Rahul Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
