This application for regular bail arises out of Bihta P.S. Case No. 255 of 2017, disclosing offence punishable under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner had earlier approached this Court seeking grant of regular bail in Cr. Misc. No. 77434 of 2018, which was rejected by order dated 08.03.2019. In the order dated 08.03.2019, the petitioner was given a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months, if there was no substantive progress in the trial.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that there is no progress in the trial. Petitioner is in custody since 01.09.2018. He contends that in view of clear observation made

Considering the submissions so advanced on behalf of the petitioner and the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount, each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Danapur, Patna in Bihta P.S. Case No. 255 of 2017.
