2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 10.05.2017, has renewed his prayer for bail for the offences alleged under Sections 304(B), and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with S.T. No. 424 of 2017 arising out of L.N.M.U. P.S. Case No. 103 of 2017 having earlier been rejected by order dated 17.10.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 45061 of 2017.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter. The bail petition stands dismissed.
