The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jamalpur Rail P.S.Case No.64 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation and material available on the record which creates only strong suspicion against the petitioner of commission of theft, let the above named petitioner be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Kiul (Lakhisarai)) in connection with Jamalpur Rail P.S.Case No.64 of 2019, subject to the condition that both
