2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 8(c) and 20(B) of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 19.5 grams of smack has been recovered which is of intermittent quantity.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 22.09.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody and the aforesaid facts, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-X, Patna/concerned court below in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 693 of 2023 subject to the condition that:- 7(1). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Gardanibagh, Patna Police Station/local police station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
