Patna High Court C.Misc. No.1201 of 2018(2) dt.01-11-2018 2/2 against the order dated 19.03.2018, passed in Execution Case No.05 of 1973 by which the petition of the petitioner for impleading him as party in the execution case has been rejected by the learned Sub-Judge-VIII, Vaishali at Hajipur. The petitioner is vendee of 1 Dhur land of decree holder second party and the vendor of the petitioner being decree holder is party to the execution case. The petitioner purchased the land during the pendency of the execution case. In this view of the fact, the learned Sub-Judge has rightly rejected the petition of the petitioner for impleading him as party in the execution case.
Accordingly, I do not find any merit in this civil miscellaneous petition and the same is dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) S.KUMAR/- U
