2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 366/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, when the informenat was away from his house, co-accused Suraj Thakur and Sonia Devi kidnapped wife of the informant. His wife took away cash Rs.3.5 lacs and some gold and silver ornaments.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and her name has come in the case during investigation to the effect that she was in contact with other accused persons on mobile phone at the relevant time. Moreover, victim of this case had earlier lodged Complaint Case No. 120 of 2023 against present informant and his family members in which petitioner was one

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2192 of 2024(2) dt.31-01-2024 2/2 of the witnesses. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is a lady and claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Jamui in Sono Police Station Case No. 117 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
