The petitioners are languishing in custody since 13.8.2019 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354,509,504 and 506/34 of the I.P.C. The prosecution case as per the written report of Ritu Kumari submitted to the SHO, Bikram Police Station is to the effect that the mother of the informant died in 2008 and thereafter father of the informant performed second marriage, as a result, the informant along with her three sisters and brother had to reside at their maternal grant parents' house. The informant was married with Ved Prakash but petitioner no. 1 Rajesh Kumar used to threaten the informant for

He also threatened to get her younger sister married with the nephew of petitioner no. 1, who is already married. It is also alleged against the petitioners that they got obscene photographs of the informant and her sisters and posted the same on social media.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that during investigation, nothing has been found except that the petitioner posted obscene photographs of the informant and her sister on social media. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners are not having any criminal antecedent.

Learned APP submits that the accusation is specific against the petitioners and the posting of obscene photographs of the informant and her sisters was made by the petitioners.

Considering the delayed lodging of the case, investigation being concluded, the statement made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners are not having any criminal antecedent and the period in custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
