The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No.22 of 2000 (Sessions Trial No.394A of 2012) registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 341, 324, 326, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner has misused the privilege of bail granted by the Court below. He is in custody since 16.08.2023.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9263 of 2025(2) dt.19-02-2025 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Sessions Judge-III, Khagaria/concerned Court below, in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No.22 of 2000 (Sessions Trial No.394A of 2012), subject to the condition that he will co-operate in the trial and will appear personally or through his lawyer on the date fixed in the trial. Noncompliance of the above condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
