1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That, this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ or writs, direction or directions for setting aside proceedings of the meeting of SubDivision level Selection Committee held on
Patna High Court CWJC No.1853 of 2024(2) dt.29-02-2024 2/2 12.10.2022 communicated vide memo no 592 dated 14.10.22 under the seal and signature of Chairmancum-Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar, Gaya and to appoint the petitioner as Vikas mitra since the selection of respondent no-11 for the post of Vikas Mitra for Ikri panchayat of Belaganj block, DistrictGaya, is illegal and bad in law as petitioner is highest mark holder and placed at Sl. No. 1 in the merit list."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
