This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 268 of 2018 for offences under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Allegation, in brief, is that one Sumit Kumar was apprehended by the police who disclosed that the stolen solar panels are kept in the house of the petitioner and he was apprehended with one solar plate and according to him he was going to sell that solar plate at Motihari. Approximately 900/- solar plates were recovered from the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Sumit Kumar was granted bail by this court and the petitioner has

Learned Counsel for the State submits that there is huge quantity of stolen solar plates were recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he has also one criminal antecedent of robbery.

Having considered the huge quantity of looted solar plates from the house of the petitioner and criminal antecedent, presently the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected. The petitioner may renew the prayer for bail after six months.
