20-08-2018 Heard Sri Dhananjay Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner. None appeared on behalf of State. The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 06-06-2018 in Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 624 of 2017 registered for offence under Sections 448, 341, 324, 326, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to statement made in paragraph - 6 of the petition to show that title suit in between the petitioner and informant side was going on and due to said dispute, in a trivial matter, occurrence had taken place. He further submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he gave dabiya blow on right leg of the informant.

Considering the nature of accusation and period of
