Mr. Kishore Kumar Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the Executive Director, State Health Society while filing a show cause, submits that the representation of the petitioners has been disposed of by order dated 08.10.2018 by the Incharge Executive Director, a copy of which is enclosed at Annexure 'A' to the show cause thus complying the direction passed on the writ petition. The position is accepted by learned counsel for the petitioners.
